Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk:

By purchasing a ticket and attending any event hosted by The House of Flame and Revelry Events LLC ("HOFAR"), I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Voluntary Participation:

I understand that my participation in any event hosted by HOFAR is voluntary and I have chosen to attend of my own free will.
Assumption of Risk:

I am aware that attending this event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, emotional distress, or property damage. These risks may arise from activities, other participants, or the environment of the event.
Release and Waiver:

In consideration of being permitted to attend the event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The House of Flame and Revelry Events LLC, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, arising out of or related to my participation in the event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the event.
Medical Treatment:

I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured or require medical attention during my participation in the event. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment, medical transportation, and/or evacuation.

Photographic Release:

I grant the Organizer the right to take photographs and videos of me during the event and to use these in any and all media, now or hereafter known, for promotional purposes without compensation.

Conduct:

I agree to abide by all rules and instructions provided by the Organizer and event staff. I acknowledge that the Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these rules or engages in disruptive, offensive, or dangerous behavior.
Acknowledgment of Understanding:

I have read and fully understand this Release of Liability Agreement. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue, and I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily.
