TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EVENT ATTENDANCE

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event hosted by House of Flame and Revelry Events LLC ("HOFAR"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
Tickets are transferable but must be updated with the new attendee's information before the event. HOFAR is not responsible for ticket resales or third-party transactions.
VIP and specialty ticket tiers are only available until the designated deadline (if applicable).
2. Event Entry & Conduct

Attendees must present valid identification, and their ticket (physical or digital) upon entry.
No re-entry is allowed once inside the main event zone unless explicitly stated. If you leave, you must purchase a new ticket to regain entry.
Security reserves the right to conduct bag checks and deny entry to any individual deemed a risk to the event's safety.
Attendees must comply with all event rules, venue policies, and instructions from event staff. Disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.
HOFAR reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual at our discretion, including for safety reasons, misconduct, or at the request of performers and staff.
3. Event Experience & Liability

HOFAR strives to deliver all advertised performances, experiences, and attractions. However, event details are subject to change (including but not limited to schedules, performers, and locations). No refunds will be issued for changes.
Attendees assume all risks associated with participating in the event. HOFAR, its staff, and venue partners are not responsible for injuries, lost/stolen items, or damages incurred during the event.
Weather-related cancellations or delays will be determined at the discretion of HOFAR. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related impacts.
4. Costumes & Dress Code

Themed costumes are highly encouraged but must adhere to the event’s safety guidelines.
Weapons (real or replica) are strictly prohibited. Any prop weapons must be clearly distinguishable as props and comply with venue policies.
5. Alcohol & Substance Policy

Alcohol will be served only to guests 21+ with valid ID.
No outside alcohol is permitted.
Illegal substances and drug use are strictly prohibited.
6. Camping & RV Policy (If Applicable)

No grills or campfires are allowed at any time.
Tent sizes are limited to 8x7 feet per tent pass.
RV spaces are available by reservation only; any towable or vehicle larger than a van requires an RV pass.
All campers must adhere to quiet hours and campground rules.
7. Photography & Media Release

By attending, you acknowledge that HOFAR, its partners, and its vendors may capture photo and video content during the event.
HOFAR reserves the right to use this content for future marketing, promotional materials, and event recaps.
If you are a performer, vendor, or cosplayer, we will not use your image in a way that implies you are attending future events unless explicitly agreed upon.
8. Sponsorships, Vendors & Third Parties

HOFAR is not responsible for third-party sales, sponsor promotions, or vendor transactions. Any purchases made at the event are the responsibility of the attendee and the vendor.
9. Force Majeure

If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather), HOFAR reserves the right to reschedule the event or offer ticket transfers. Refunds will not be issued unless explicitly stated.
10. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket and attending a House of Flame and Revelry event, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
